Air Compressor Unloader Valves

An unloader valve serves as an on-off contrl on air compressors.

OPERATION

Installed to sense line pressure, the pilot opens at a preset level to provide a control signal to valves in the system. When line pressure is reduced to a preset level, the pilot closes. Then control signal pressure is bled to atmosphere reducing the signal to zero.
