Sullair's LS-10 rotary screw compressors require some ongoing preventative maintenance. LS-10 rotary screw compressors have service indicator lights for these preventative maintenance parts: separator, oil filter, air filter, and compressor oil.

Every 1,000 hours the return line strainer needs cleaning and oil filter should be replaced. Replace the oil filter: when the service indicator light comes on or every 1,000 hours or every 6 months. Do not clean the air/oil separator. Change the air/oil separator once a year or when the service light comes on. The air filter element should be changed once a year or when the service indicator comes on. Change the compressor oil every 4,000 to 8,000 hours depending on the lubricant you have in the sump.
