eCompressedair is located in Alpharetta, GA and our 21,000 square-foot main distribution warehouse is where the majority of products are shipped from. This allows our dedicated staff to properly check each shipment for quality assurance.

We also have multiple drop-shipment locations throughout the U.S. that specific products can be sent from for faster shipping to your location.

eCompressedair ships Internationally and customers can use their own broker or forwarder for larger shipments or UPS International for smaller shipments. All International orders are subject to a $40.00 export fee, even when shipped to a freight forwarder in the U.S. This fee excludes all U.S. Domestic and Canada shipments.

eCompressedair uses two types of shipping methods to make it easy for customers to pick the right option for them: UPS Domestic/International or your specified carrier.

Online orders are processed using an estimated freight calculator and the charge on the invoice will reflect the shipping charge. International orders will not display an estimated shipping cost online. Please contact customer service for International shipping.

Orders placed over the phone will receive freight charges that are estimated during the order process and cannot be finalized until the products are ready to be shipped. You will not be charged until the exact freight is known upon shipment.

We've tried to keep shipping as low as possible, but with as many parts as we offer, it's possible the freight calculator has made a dimensional weight error or items are shipping from numerous locations. If you have any concern with the shipping amount for your order, please contact us at info@ecompressedair.com, and we can adjust it before processing your order.

eCompressedair will automatically email your order tracking confirmation receipt once your order has been shipped so you know exactly when it should arrive.

To ensure you receive all email confirmations, please make sure your email address is correct by checking "Your Account" on the website or call our customer service toll-free: 866-650-1937.

For large equipment items like air dryers and receiver tanks, online shipping will be marked as "To Be Determined" and our customer service will contact you after the order is placed to make arrangements for delivery. These items can be quite large and we want to assure the proper delivery precautions are taken to make sure they arrive exactly as ordered without any problems.

eCompressedair has multiple ways for customers to purchase items. Our online website allows for simple and secure checkout using a credit card or a pre-approved Net 30 account.

Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To apply for a Net 30 account, please download and complete our credit application and Fax to (413) 562-7234 or Email to AccountsReceivable@eCompressedair.com. You will receive notification within 24 - 48 hours of approval and will be able to order online anytime and receive all billing through invoicing.

eCompressedair accepts International payments in four formats: credit card, pre-payment by check, EFT/wire transfers, or PayPal.

Submit all payments for invoices to the return address on the invoice.

All prices displayed online and payments made to eCompressedair are in U.S. Dollars.

All orders placed with eCompressedair are subject to a $25.00 minimum order requirement. This applies to all orders placed on the website or through customer service.

All returns need to be requested using our Return Form and approved by eCompressedair. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted until proper approval is obtained. Complete a Request for Return Form or call (413) 562-2324 for more information.

eCompressedair allows for simple and easy online purchasing of all the products available on the website. To register for a new account, click on "My Account" at the top of any page and fill in your information.

From there you will be able to securely login anytime and add multiple shipping and billing addresses that you can save for purchasing.

Your account will contain the status and information of previous orders, as well as status of orders placed recently with tracking information (coming soon).

We have created the functionality to allow you at any time to save products into your favorites section under your account, so you can easily find them anytime to view information or order. You must be logged in to your account in order to access the "Add to Favorites" on product pages just below the "Add to Cart" button.
